1 bowl half-filled with cold water
Fresh heavy cream (30% fat or higher)
Hand mixer
2 wooden spoons

The Method

Pour the cream into a mixing bowl.

Using a hand mixer, beat continuously for about 11–12 minutes.

At first, the cream becomes thick and fluffy.
